Naruto Uzumaki is sent to a criminal containment facility known as Hoozuki Jou (鬼灯城?, lit. "Physalis Castle") in the Hidden Grass Village after he is declared responsible for the attempted assassination of the Raikage, leader of the Hidden Cloud Village, as well as the murders of Jōnin from the Hidden Mist Village and the Hidden Rock Village.
